I am sorry to hear that you have been waiting so long for your authenticator (bravo on making the wise purchase though). I see that you have done the right thing by emailing the Accounts and Billing team and you just need to be patient and await a response now. It is nearing the top of the queue and will be dealt with as soon as possible.
