Hi,


I realize this might not be the best place to ask, but I am having some weird problem with Blizz store shipping (says they can't ship to my address, while my country is in the list of countris you ship to).
I tried contacting you using the web form, selecting store and all twice (with about a few days, or a week between the attempts) and I am not getting any answer whatsoever.
I don't have a free phone number to call, either.
So what's up, what am I supposed to do to actually get an answer and get my problem sorted? I am supposed to use a method for contacting that is just not answered.

Hello Plasticknife. I sincerely apologise for the delay in our response on this matter, as Fiskerdin pointed out our Accounts and Billing team are extremely busy right now. However, I have forwarded this case on to one of our Billing agents and you should receive an email response shortly.
