Just a massive thankyou to whoever serviced my ticket this morning, it might have taken 14 hours or so but it was no doubt a massive undertaking with a fair amount of work and in all honesty the ticket was a desperation prayer which I honestly did not think could be fixed.

I think it is my 4th ticket since 22/06/06 when I first played WoW and I have always recieved a fair and just outcome.

I thank you, and my guild thanks you.

I didn't know where else to put this, but perhaps this will give people who are quick to judge a little more respect for GM's.
